Come chat with birds at Green Cay Nature Center

Green Cay Nature Center is hosting a “Bird & Talk Tour: Wetland Birds” program. This program will feature a presentation about the birds in Florida followed by a tour where participants will be able to enjoy the unique birds at the center with a naturalist guide. Participants are asked to bring binoculars and a field guide to spot and capture these animals in their natural habitat.

When: Saturday, February 8th 

Time: 9:30 a.m. - 11 a.m.

Where: Green Cay Nature Center

Cost: $5 ( reservations required, space is limited to 20 people )


This program will feature knowledge of birds that reside in wetlands, some you may spot on the boardwalk or are native to wetland homes are Herons, Osprey, Mallard, Egret, ducks, geese, Kingfisher, Sandpipers and more.
